It's going to be shown live as well, which should be interesting. I mean, it's obviously possible to do it live (it having been done that way in the first place) but that was with production crews and actors who were used to making live TV drama. With the lack of available modern experience, the restrictions on what they can show are likely to be tighter than ever. Still, at least this rules out the possibility of screw-up-via-massive-overproduction.
I am slightly baffled by the article's description of Quatermass as the original watercooler telly though. Surely all 1950's offices came fully equipped with rotund tea ladies who dished out cups of PG and sticky buns at regular intervals? No need for any of this modern needing something to talk about with co-workers while using the kitchen yourself nonsense.
